1. Eligibility for Returns

Products may be eligible for return only if:

• The product received is damaged during transit.

• The wrong product was delivered.

• The product has a manufacturing defect.

• The product is expired or unusable at the time of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.

• Be returned in its original packaging with all labels intact.

• Be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.

2. Return Request

Customers must notify us of any damaged, defective, or incorrect product within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Please include:

• Order Number

• Product Name

• Description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Requests submitted after the specified period may not be eligible for return or replacement.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned:

• Opened or used products.

• Products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery.

• Products returned without original packaging.

• Clearance, promotional, or special offer items unless received damaged or defective.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

• Processing may take 7–10 business days after approval.

• Shipping or delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Replacement Policy

If the product is found to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied, we may offer:

• A replacement product, subject to stock availability, or

• A full refund if a replacement is not available.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they wish to cancel an order.

7. Shipping for Returns

If the return is approved due to our error, defective products, or incorrect shipment, Agrissel Life Science will provide guidance regarding the return process.

For returns that are not the result of our error, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
